🧘🏻‍♀️ ACT | 5 SENSES Guided Imagery Mindfulness Exercise | GROUNDING

This is one of my favorite meditations for grounding yourself via guided imagery through the five senses. During times of stress, it is easy to get lost in our thoughts and become fixated on either the future or the past. You can use this mindfulness exercise to bring yourself back to the present moment as a grounding technique. Enjoy!
