πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Relaxing Meditation for Sleep

Welcome back to my Guided Meditation Series! Did you know that around one in three people suffer from mild insomnia? If you wake up consistently at night or suffer from restless sleep patterns, sleep meditations can often help. This sleep meditation is intended to help with mental relaxation for bedtime.

In this hectic world, we can all be plagued by racing thoughts. Sometimes, these thoughts prevent us from winding down and finding peaceful sleep. It can be hard to let go if you're replaying what happened in the past day, or if you are anxious about what tomorrow holds. Not being in the present moment can interfere with your ability to slip into much needed deep sleep.

When you can settle your mind, you allow your body to rest β€” and that restfulness is what makes it easier to wind down and drift off. This relaxing meditation can help you to understand and calm past thoughts and future anxiety, and the feelings that flow through you. It can help you to achieve a deep sense of relaxation within the body so that you can ease your way into a better night's sleep.

Aloha,

Dr. Jen
