🧘🏻‍♀️ Progressive MUSCLE RELAXATION for ANXIETY & STRESS RELlEF

This is the 2nd guided progressive muscle relaxation meditation in my progressive muscle relaxation video series. Progressive muscle relaxation is a powerful technique that can help you relax your mind and body. With these guided steps, you will engage in muscle tension and relaxation, which will provide you with immediate tension and stress relief, as well as long-term benefits for anxiety and stress reduction. If you have any pain or discomfort in any of the targeted muscle groups, feel free to omit that step or adjust as needed.

I encourage you to practice this guided meditation for 10 minutes every day to help you relax and relieve stress. You can even use it during bedtime, which helps you fall asleep :) When practiced regularly, the reduced levels of anxiety and stress will last well beyond the practice period.
