Welcome back to my Guided Meditation Series! This is one of my favorite meditations for creating a quick and easy 3-minute breathing space with a focus on the breath and breathing in conjunction with a body scan.

Feel free to keep your eyes open or closed throughout the meditation, whichever feels right for you. You can do this meditation anytime and anywhere - during a quick break in your workday, when you wake up, before you go to bed, and more.

During your life, you may encounter many stressful events or hectic situations. It is easy to get distracted or caught up in the chaos and fill your mind with negative thoughts and anxiety. Do you find yourself being distracted often, caught up in the drama, or focusing on other people instead of yourself and your life? Do you forget to breathe sometimes? Fortunately, you can use this guided breathing meditation to focus on your breathing, bring your attention back to yourself, decrease stress, and bring calm to your day. Enjoy!
